HOWARD COUNTY LIVING FARM HERITAGE MUSEUM

The Museum is operated by the

Howard County Antique Farm Machinery Club INC.

A Nonprofit organization since 1995

Our MISSION is to preserve the history of Howard County’s agricultural way of life by offering visitors the opportunity to experience various programs, events and displays. These activities are linked with each of the 4 seasons of the calendar year so participants can experience, learn and appreciate what  life was like in an agricultural community.

All this and much more while providing a fun and wholesome family environment.

Some of our annual programs and events are ...

  • Spring Consignment Sale at the Howard County Fair Grounds

  • The Spring Horse and Mule Field Days

  • Wild West Festival and Cowboy Reunion

  • Wheat Cutting Festival

  • School Field Trips

  • Summer Camps

  • Fall Farm Heritage Days Festival

  • Farm Heritage School Days

  • Bull Blast Rodeo Event

  • Holiday Open House and Train Garden

  • Hiking, Trail Riding and Picnic and Play Grounds

  • Hosting Educational Tours, Visits and Private Events

We partner with numerous organizations such as Scouting, 4-H, Howard County Public Schools, other Regional Public School Systems, Regional Private Schools and Home School Programs.

Each year we host numerous educational school tours, Group visits and Boy and Girl Scout troop activities.

We offer great opportunities for Eagle Scout and Gold Award Projects.
