13th ANNUAL CONSIGNMENT SALE
Saturday
April 19th, 2008
Drop
off your items Wednesday, April 16th through
Friday,
April 18th 9:00 a.m. until dusk.
Sale opens Saturday, April 19th 8:00 a.m. for registration
9:00
a.m. sale will begin.
Farm
equipment, building supplies, vehicles, golf carts, tools, and lots more variety of
antiques and all around good stuff

Terms of Sale:
- Consignor will be
charged a commission of 25% for each item $49 and below, 20% for
each item $50-$199, 15% for each item, $200-$999, and 10% for
each item $1,000 and above.
- Items bought by consignor
must be paid for on day of sale.
- There will be a $25 no sale
charge for any items that do not get a bid.
- The will be a $25
buy back charge for items bought back for a price of $999 and below
and $50 for any item bought back at $1,000 and above.
- Consignors are responsible
for buying back their own items if they fail to bring their desired
price.
- A 5% buyers fee will
be charged for all items bought for $1000 or less to go towards
the Living Farm Heritage Museum.
- All vehicles must
have a clear title provided when consigned.
- Reimbursement for
consignments will be made within approximately three weeks.
- Not responsible for
accidents.
- Terms: cash or good
check due on Auction day.
- Plenty of good food
available.
