Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for our annual SummerFest.
The 2022 event will be held Saturday, June 25th from 9am to 5pm and Sunday, June 26th from 9am to 3 pm.
Set up for this event will be Friday, June 24th.
Upon submission of this form and verification of payment you will receive a receipt and follow-up information specific to the event and your participation via email.
Vendor space is approximately 20 feet by 20 feet. A tent or canopy is suggested but must be secured to the ground safely. We do have a limited number of spaces under roof. Please select that option on the form and we will make every effort to accommodate you. All under roof spaces are first come first served.
Vendor application must be submitted and paid by June 20th, 2022. Fee for each vendor space is $25.00.
Vendors will sell no food or drink. Pornography, water pistols, cap pistols, or any type of nuisance item sale is prohibited. Under no circumstance will any kind of weapon; including but not limited to, knives and firearms be sold to minors. The Howard County Living Farm Heritage Museum or the Howard Antique Farm Machinery Club is not responsible for theft, accidents, or injury of any kind. If vendor wishes customers to wear a mask please post this at your booth. This is an outdoor event with plenty of room for social distancing.
Submission of this form and payment of fee constitutes the acceptance of a contact between you (the vendor) and the Howard County Living Farm Heritage Museum (event organizer), which applies to this event ONLY and is not transferable to any other event organized by the Museum or any other entity renting the Museum grounds.
