The videos below are part of an ongoing project at the Howard County Living Farm Heritage Museum capturing first hand or personal accounts of second hand stories and experiences that reflect a way of life in rural Howard County, Maryland from the mid to late 1800s through the 1960s.

We greatfully acknowledge the efforts of all who were interviewed. Their willingness to share parts of their lives so that others might enjoy and learn from their stories about life growing up and living in a rural community in times passed.
